Shaun Hannah

Shaun Hannah serves as an Executive Director and Managing Director, Real Estate for Barings Real Estate Australia, formerly known as Altis Property Partners (“Altis”), which was acquired by Barings in 2022.

Shaun is one of the founders of Altis and has over 39 years of experience in real estate development and investment in both private and listed companies. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the Australian real estate platform including but not limited to acquisitions, disposals, asset management, development, risk management, and strategy.

Prior to establishing Altis in 2008, Shaun was a Director and Principal of ICA Property Group, a private real estate development and investment management company, where he was responsible for all real estate investments and development. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Real Estate Development at Valad Property Group, where he was responsible for the development of real estate in all sectors of Australia.

Shaun is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
