Ruolin Wang

Ruolin Wang is a member of Barings’ Insurance Solutions team, responsible for the design and implementation of insurance solutions for global insurance companies. Ruolin has worked in the industry since 2015. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she held a similar position in the Insurance Solutions team at Schroders. Before that, Ruolin was an insurance actuary at Swiss Re and Deloitte, working across life, health and P&C insurance. Ruolin is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and holds a Double First Class in MMath Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
