Barings Supports Main Capital’s Refinancing of Enventa Group
Barings, one of the world’s leading investment managers, today announced its role as sole lender of secured credit facilities supporting Main Capital’s refinancing of enventa Group, a leading business software provider for ERP, BI and treasury management.
This financing also provided capacity to support enventa Group's strategic agenda through its acquisition of Softbauware Group, a company specialised in the construction trade sector.
Headquartered in Germany, enventa Group supports medium-sized companies and larger corporations in generating added value from their valuable data and automating and streamlining business processes. The business software group offers a single-source solution to more than 1,400 clients within the German SME market.
Martin Siml, Managing Director, Barings Global Private Finance Group, said: “We are thrilled to partner with enventa Group and Main Capital as the business enters its next phase of growth. The company’s position as a leading provider of tailored ERP software makes it a strong fit with our investment strategy, which focuses on innovative and high-quality businesses.”
