Tony Soldi

Anthony Soldi is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Anthony is a Managing Director on the Global Real Estate Debt team, overseeing an experienced team of investment professionals responsible for the underwriting of commercial real estate investments including mezzanine debt, preferred equity, levered bridge loans and other debt investments. Anthony has worked in the industry since 1992 and has experience on the principal acquisition side as a financial intermediary and as a debt placement officer. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Anthony was a Vice President at Eastdil Secured providing capital market solutions to clients including debt financing and equity ventures. Anthony holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University.
