Lincoln Janes is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Lincoln is a Director of U.S. Real Estate Research & Strategy and contributes to the firm’s proprietary research pertaining to property markets across major U.S. metro areas, along with capital markets analysis. Prior to joining Barings, he was a Senior Director at The RMR Group for 3+ years and was dedicated to credit, economic, and real estate analysis. Before joining The RMR Group, Lincoln spent 7+ years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and was a member of a credit and capital markets research team focused on policy matters. Lincoln holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and is a CFA charter holder.
