Russell Metcalfe
Senior Director, Diversified Alternative Equity
Russell Metcalfe is a member of the Barings Diversified Alternative Equity team and is responsible for originating and underwriting funds and co-investments in EMEA. Russell has worked in the industry since 2008. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he was with Hansa Capital Partners, with responsibility for investments in private equity funds and co-investments. Prior to this role, he was a Graduate Trainee at Threadneedle Investments. Russell holds a B.A. in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester.
