Guillaume Bieganski

Guillaume Bieganski is a member of Barings Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. Guillaume is a Director, Asset Management and Acquisitions—France and is responsible for acquisitions and asset management strategies. Guillaume has worked in the industry since 2005 and his experience has encompassed office, retail and logistics assets as well as refurbishment projects and forward funding transactions. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Guillaume worked for Abenex (formerly ABN AMRO Capital France) where he was a Director overseeing the launch and development of the Company’s real estate activity. Prior to Abenex, Guillaume served as a Portfolio Manager for Standard Life Investments where he was responsible for asset management and acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, Guillaume was Investment and Asset Manager within DTZ investors where he was in charge of acquisitions and investment strategies on behalf of international investors. He has also held positions at Bouygues Immobilier and BNP Paris. Guillaume holds a postgraduate degree from the ESSEC Business School and is a graduate of the Engineering School of Paris.
