Casey McKinney
Managing Director
Casey McKinney is a member of Barings’ U.S. High Yield Investments Group, responsible for portfolio management for senior secured loan strategies. He is also a member of the U.S. High Yield Investment Committee. Previous experience at Barings included being Head of U.S. High Yield Research, various team leader and research analyst roles primarily focused on paper, packaging, and general industrial companies. Casey has worked in the industry since 1998. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he worked for Bank of America as a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group where he focused on structuring and syndicating debt used for leveraging recapitalizations and buyouts. Before that, Casey also worked on bridge financings and raising capital for distressed companies. He holds a B.S. in accounting from The Citadel and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
