Alastair Bruce

Alastair is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in private equity and investment management. He was managing partner of Pantheon Ventures between 2006 and 2013. Alastair has substantial board experience in investment trusts. He is currently a non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee of Fidelity China Special Situations PLC, an investment trust that focuses on quoted companies in China. He is also a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of ICG Enterprise Trust PLC, a listed private equity investment trust.

Alastair was appointed to the Board on 1 February 2024 [and will be seeking election at the 2025 AGM].
