Jeff Rabaut
Managing Director, North America Private Credit
Jeff Rabaut is a senior member of Barings’ Global Private Finance Group. He is responsible for originating, executing and monitoring North American private finance investments. Jeff holds over 18 years of experience across all aspects of middle market lending, including originating, underwriting and capital markets. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Jeff served as a managing director at Churchill Asset Management where he originated numerous platform investments and developed and managed long-term private equity sponsor relationships. Before Churchill Asset Management, he held senior roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Antares Capital and GE Capital. Jeff holds a BA in finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
